EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Due to the delicate nature of some materials used in our pieces, we kindly ask customers to try on their items while the courier is present.

If you would like to return the item, please hand it back to the courier on the spot and only pay the shipping fees.

Please note that we do not accept exchange or return after the courier has left.

In case of a manufacturing defect, kindly contact us within 24 hours with photos.
